The Newest “Ambassador Diary” entry…

Ambassador Diary
Warning! This stuff is explosive!

You know, I have had braces for the past 2 years, and still I can’t seem to get used to them. A couple monthes ago I succeeded in getting my braces stuck in the carpet of my room, or on my sweater… the lists never ends. Well this past month, I have been pretty good, about keeping my teeth to myself… I guess you could say, until I was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
And so the Rodeo for Riggins comes rolling along, a time to get dressed in your fancy cowboy or cowgirl gear and get ready to watch the horses play! Its on my favorite times of the year. My parents and I were working at a booth, selling some stuff for my church, when all of the sudden I looked up, and there was my best friend from camp, Dustin. Now I don’t ever get to see him- only about 3 or 4 times a year, so you can imagine my suprise!
With a cry of outmost delight I jump off the trailer, and run to him, as he proceeds to pick me up and twirl me around… like he always does. So I give him a nice big hug, and then go to pull away from him, and realize that I can’t…. my face.. *cough* braces are stuck to his shirt!
Well I’m not about to tell anyone that…. so I whisper to him, “Don’t let go yet… uh, I’ve missed you, ermmmm I wanna give ya a BIG hug..” as I try to yank my mouth from the fabric of his dark blue shirt…. Finally, what seemed like ages, my braces got unstuck, when at that moment he finally put me down, looking at me jsut a wee bit strangely. “What was your problem?” He asked as we were talking, and suddenly I started to smile, because it was hilarious. When much to my great embarrasement I felt something hanging from my mouth… a dark blue thread…
Suddenly he burst out laughing, as I was waiting for the ground to swallow me up. “You better not SAY anything, got that?” I whispered fiercely! Needless to say he thought the whole thing was hilarious!

Well I guess you can’t win all the time, and hey, if you can’t laugh about it… then you’re boring! I mean, live life like you have no regrets… and soon you will find out that you don’t!

Well this is the last entry of my dairy for awhile, its summer time!

I’ma sore….

Its spring! Don’t you just love the sunshine? I do! ooh! And the butterflies are out too! I love butterflies. And flowers… I love flowers. So pretty.

Anywho, along with spring comes the responsibilities of the tasks ahead of us! Of course we have the restaurant to attend too, and now we are even taking on more hours. Because we have come to that point where we need to be open longer. Yup, it kinda stinks, but hey… its all good.

Along with the restaurant, there is church. I practially grew up in church. I’m at church ALL the time! LOL, but…. I dn’t really mine all that much. Anywho, the ranger and girls ministries programs are booming, but the need for money to keep it going it overwhelming. So we (My mom and I) are doing a fundraiser at the Riggins Rodeo this year…. haha, like EVERY year, but still….

Anywho, the town of Riggins asked us to sell the Rodeo t-shirts, and we will also have food and cold drinks. Water is the most famous at the rodeo… idk, beer must make them thirsty. Our rodeo, is FAMOUS. Literally. Not for the bull riding, or barrel racing… nah, its cuz of the drunks that go cooler racing down the side of the mountain. Quite entertaining. Haha.

Also, cheerleading tryouts start next monday. I’m really excited and a wee bit nervous, I really would love to be a cheerleader. I think it’d be soooo much fun! Anywho, so I am working on getting in better shape right now. Such as hard core basketball, practicing front flips, working out harder, and rding bikes. And also eating healthier, like drinking more water, more fruit and veggies… so forth. But I can’t give up french fries…. I just… can’t. LOL So the first practice is at 4:45 on Wed. Same time, same room, got it.

Oh by the way. Boys are jerks. They just are. And yes, there is more to that story. But yah.

PROM! WHOA! I’m so excited for prom. It’s May 21, and yah, way to far away. Wait… I’m pretty sure everytime I post on this blog I talk about prom. Hah. That’s kinda funny.

So there’s this boy….. nah, I’ma stop right there. haha.

Well I am for sure going to teach karate at Shiloh this year. And now the paperwork will come soon. Such as the funky background check… lol!

I get my lisence this week… or next. Idk rodeo is this week…… might be too busy!

I PLAYED BASKETBALL LAST NIGHT! And got a fat lip… from Cory. Haha, we bodyslammed, it was funny. But he didn’t knock me over! Saved me a little bit of my pride…. I can’t seem to get better at basketball, like I try, and it jsut doesn’t work. Oh well!!

Alright, well I have so much to do tonight, will right more later.

Ranger Promo Vid!

Here’s the video that I made for my dad. It will be shown to the Pastors of the Southern Idaho District in hopes of getting them excited about starting a ranger group in their church. My dad asked me to make it, and boy did I have fun! Let me know what you think!

WOAH

Its a gorgeous day today! The sun is shining, oh how I love the sun! I am so happy right now, for no specific reason. This past weekend was the towns famous “Jet Boat Races.” And with that, came a ton of people… and a carnival! Now for Riggins… the carnival was pretty awesome! The rides were great. I convinced Cory to go on a ride with me called the Hammer.

IT was awesome, and you went hurdiling (sp?) to the ground, and then up up up again towards the sky… backwards… all the while spinning… Like I said it was great.

Then I saw some of my friends, and hung with them, and got some super cute pictues.

And then Sunday came along, and it was church time! Played mah guitar for the worship service, and had fun just praising Jesus. ♥
After church we went and saw the jet boats, played basketball, and mom and I went for a walk.
And we saw Diego! YAY. haha, he was on crutches… poor guy. =P
Then after that we went to the Fruit Stand and bought flowers so we could plant them. Saw mah friend Cory, and he’s coming over for dinner on Tuesday. I think we might watch the movie “Nancy Drew” hope its good….

And then, after all that… we took a nap… I was so tired! The boys went practice shooting, and scouted some turkeys, while mom and I sat in the sun and took a nap. YAY for getting a SLIGHT sunburn. =P

..hopefully I get a wee little tan?..

OH! and I learned how to do a front flip! YAY! Now I jsut need to land them….. haha, my mom just looks away…

Now I have lots of school, and I will post them video I made for my dad for the Ranger Promo, first I have to upload it to youtube!
